One shared research balance.

Each activated paid plan shows a maximum credit reservation before a run starts. Charges use reported token and search usage at conservative published rate bounds, rounded up once to a credit. Failed or cancelled work can consume credits; unresolved usage stays reserved. Available research modes draw from the same balance. Unused reserved credits are returned after settlement. Longer or premium runs may need a higher reservation. The application stops new steps at the approved ceiling; provider overruns block further paid work for review.

Reservations depend on model context, task limits and available balance. Premium or multi-model tasks can reserve most of a monthly balance.

Renewal and credits.

Included credits renew monthly on the account’s renewal date; unused included credits expire at the next renewal. Cancellation ends future renewals, with access continuing through the paid period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Auto-refill is optional and off by default; you choose a package, threshold and monthly spending cap and explicitly authorize charges in Stripe. Turn it off anytime in Usage & Credits. Receipts are sent by email.

Free includes 60 credits per calendar month, up to four orchestrated agent runs per day and two web runs per month, subject to available credits and shared Free service capacity. Unused included credits expire on the first day of the next month at 00:00 UTC. Public search remains a standard preview.

Purchased credits do not change your plan’s models or daily and web limits. After a paid plan ends, remaining purchased credits are usable under the Free plan’s limits.

Your existing subscription is preserved.

Current customers keep their prices, subscriptions, balances and renewal behavior. New plans do not migrate anyone automatically. Use Manage billing for an existing subscription.
